About the Role

You'll be the face of our store — greeting customers, processing transactions, and keeping shelves stocked and the store tidy. No experience? No problem. We'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Restock shelves and check inventory levels
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Provide friendly, helpful service to every customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous retail experience is a plus, not required

About the Role

We're building internal tools to manage inventory, sales reporting, and store operations across our growing network. You'll be a core part of that build — writing clean, reliable Java backend services that keep our stores running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Build and maintain REST APIs for POS and inventory systems
• Collaborate with store managers to understand operational needs
• Ensure high availability and performance of internal systems
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain code quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and RESTful API design
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD workflows
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
